It was with great sadness that I learned of David’s passing. I can only offer my sincere condolences and sympathy to all of David’s family.

David and I were great friends going back to our years before and during high school. My father and David’s father were co-workers and our families got together often. Even though he and I have had limited contact over the years since high school, I have fond memories of our growing up.
