Betty Sue Anderson age 80 of Gainesville entered rest Sunday February 7, 2021 at the Oaks at Limestone. Betty was born May 9, 1940 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Lee Roy & Exillir Garrett Anderson. She was a lifelong resident of Gainesville and was of the Baptist faith. Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Lathia Phelps. She was known for her sharp mind, once she met you, she would never forget any detail about you. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her. She is survived by cousins, & close friends. Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday February 9, 2021 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday February 9, 2021 at the Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Richard Thomas, Jeff Graham & Rev. John Poole officiating.
