William Ralph Garrett, Jr. age 57 of Cleveland passed away peacefully Wednesday Sept. 2, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Garrett was born Sept. 18, 1962 in Gainesville to Geneva Baugh Garrett & the late William Ralph Garrett, Sr. He was a handyman and could fix anything that was brought and put before him. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Lamar Garrett. Survivors include his mother, Geneva Garrett; brother & sister in law, Cecil David & Tina Garrett; sister & brother in law, Annette & Carlos Lopez; a number of nieces & nephews also survive. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 8, 2020 at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Teddy Miller officiating.
